Cancelling an Order Prior to Dispatch

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or any time before it leaves our warehouse, whichever circumstance comes first. To initiate a cancellation request, kindly get in touch with our support team via email.

If the placed order qualifies for cancellation, we will issue a 100% refund back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already in Transit

If the shipment is already on the way, we are unable to reverse or cancel it at that stage. However, once the item has been delivered, you can begin a return procedure in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to Orders

After an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the product selection or shipping information. To update an item or address, please cancel the eligible order and place a fresh one instead.
