Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return, products must be in their unused, unwashed, and original state with every tag, label, and box maintained exactly as delivered. 

  • All packaging components, including labels and tags, must be included without alteration. 
  • Items that show signs of wear, wash, customization, or modification in any form will not be accepted. 
  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours from the delivery date. Please contact our support team within this period to begin the return. 
  • Any product that does not comply with the return eligibility standards will be ineligible for acceptance. 

Steps to Raise a Return Request 

Step 1: Submit an Application 
Send a return request via email with your Order ID and the reason for returning the product to brightreachprivatelimited@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Images for Verification 
If the issue includes damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, share clear photographs highlighting the problem so that we can process your request quickly. 

Step 3: Follow the Provided Guidelines 
After approval of your request, you will receive detailed instructions explaining how to return the item to us. 

Kindly note that we may decline a return request if it does not comply with our terms. 

Refund Evaluation & Timelines 

After the returned parcel reaches us, our quality team will inspect it according to the return requirements. You will receive an update regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the transaction. 

Policy for Partial Refunds 

If a returned product meets only part of the eligibility criteria — such as missing accessories or minor damage — a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion based on the condition of the item. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Deliveries 

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by initiating a return request. Sharing clear photos or videos of the defect via email will help speed up the resolution process.
